GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) — APOLLO HEALTH

PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company operating the website apollo-health.net (hereinafter "the Seller") with professional or consumer buyers (hereinafter "the Buyer" or "the Customer") wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the site.

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by the Seller on the website apollo-health.net . Purchasing a product through this website implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website apollo-health.net . Each product is accompanied by a description. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product offered.

ARTICLE 3 — RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices shown on the website are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the website.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer when placing their order. Delivery times are estimates only. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SPECIFIC EXCLUSION (VIELIGHT PRODUCTS)

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

❌ STRICT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE EXCEPTION — VIELIGHT BRAND PRODUCTS:

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 5° of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Due to their nature as photobiomodulation devices involving direct contact with the skin, hair, and the use of an intranasal applicator (mucous membranes), VIELIGHT brand items (including Neuro Alpha, Neuro Gamma helmets and their accessories) will NOT be RETURNED OR EXCHANGED once they have been unsealed, opened or used by the Buyer after delivery.

• Sealed product: Returns are accepted within the legal period of 14 days (product in its original packaging, in intact blister pack, never opened).

• Unsealed/opened product: No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted. The product will be returned to the customer at their expense or destroyed.

ARTICLE 6 — LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products supplied by the Seller are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Note: The Vielight manufacturer's warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not constitute a right of return for personal convenience.

ARTICLE 7 — LIABILITY

In the online sales process, the Seller is only bound by an obligation of means. The Seller cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional problems.

ARTICLE 8 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
